Even at 14...

I walked into my bedroom the one Sunday afternoon a couple of weeks ago to find my teenager watching a movie on the iPad, snuggled down in my bed. She was curled up with all the pillows and blankets and just happy as a clam. She didn't notice me, so I snapped a quick shot with my phone. Usually, I find my 6 year old like this, not my big girl! But I guess she was in need of some comfort time this day.


I used Dear Lizzy's new Fifth & Frolic line for this page. It has more of the great soft colors. I love it!!


My little heart punch still is getting a lot of use for the little confetti. This is one of my favorite trends right now. Confetti.


The title was actually a part of a sheet of paper. How perfect!

I am so glad I walked in on her this time. I love seeing her just being a kid and not worrying about all the junk the bogs down teens. She is a good girl.

  3. How beautiful. I have an 8 yo going on 40, he is such a sweet boy and so strong and then there are those moments when he does something that reminds me he is only 8. I so glad for you that you caught one of those moments with your daughter.
