A new kit, a page, and an event

So much!! So much!!!

So, I have been shopping for a new kit club to join for a while. Lots of them seem to be excellent and it has been difficult to decide just what to try. Part of the issue is that I do not really want to get stuck into a 6 month thing. I get why clubs do this, but if the kit is not fitting me, I do not want to have to stick it out or pay anything to get out of it. I will commit for a couple of months, but I really want to try it out first.

So after tossing a bunch around, I finally decided to try out the Jenni Bowlin kits. I have only got the regular main kit, but that is all I want for now. I figure it will have a good mix of things I do not have. Plus, they have excellent customer service and are located in Tennessee, so the shipping shouldn't take long. My first month was March. So awesome. I just got around to playing with it this weekend and have made two pages so far.

Here is one that I made with last week's Elle's Studio sketch. I was trying to get it done on Wednesday but other stuff came up (work, a field trip, an injured dog) and it just did not get finished until last night. That is okay though.

Details...

I love that butterfly rub on. (I bought it extra.)

Funny thing about those pink glittery Thickers. I have two packages, bought at two different times. I love them. Well, one package was out of "m"s so I went to the second package thinking I could mix the two together. NOPE! Two different pinks! They definitely were not made at the same time! LOL.

Oh, and a special event I want to tell you all about!!!! Look!!

Yes, my friend Diana from Sketchy Thursdays is having a special blog hop to celebrate her 3 year blog anniversary! It is going to be so awesome and I am so incredibly excited to be a part of it. She will have prizes, I will have a prize and just about everyone else will have prizes too!!! What could be better! And a new Diana sketch. AWESOME! I sure hope you make it!

Well, that is all for tonight! Thanks for stopping by!
