Some Very Important People

I feel very blessed because I have had my grandparents in my life my entire life. They are both still alive today! I have always felt so close to them. When I was young, I went to their house for a week in the summer. I went to Disney Land with them when I was 13. My grandmother taught me to sew. So many of my childhood memories have my grandparents in them!

Now, even my girls know them! We get to see them about once a year and seeing my girls interact with these VIPs is truly incredible to me.


This photo was taken just last month when they came here for a weekend visit. Well, they stayed with my mom, but here in town! We got the chance to spend a day with my grandma while my grandpa went to see a movie with my oldest. It was awesome.




I used American Crafts Dear Lizzy and Gardenia collections for this page. I am totally in love with the colors and water paint look of the Dear Lizzy line. It is just really incredible.
